Making change happen — driving AI adoption

In Legacy, James Kerr’s study of New Zealand’s legendary All Blacks rugby team culture he found that continued success requires a constant recalibrating of how the players and their environment operated.

He identified a simple equation, namely that “Performance = Capability × Behaviour”, by which he argued that whilst talent may help you win once, it was the behaviours, character and associated systems that made winning a relentless habit.
