With nearly three decades of experience, most recently building data, AI and analytics platforms at global scale, Samik joins as a Partner to accelerate value creation across our portfolio and deepen WovenLight’s technical edge.

WovenLight is delighted to welcome Samik Chandarana as Partner, Applied Engineering. Samik joins after a 26-year career at J.P. Morgan, where he led large-scale data and analytics transformations across the Corporate & Investment Bank, including roles as Head of Digital Banking and Chief Data & Analytics Officer. As Chief Data & Analytics Officer he built and led a global team of more than 800 specialists. Samik is widely regarded as a visionary technical leader and trusted partner who combines deep engineering fluency with commercial pragmatism. He has built pioneering data platforms, advanced analytics capabilities and AI systems that scale, while establishing the operating rhythms that make innovations stick.

At WovenLight, Applied Engineering is the technical heart of the firm—the group that turns ideas into real EBITDA impact across portfolio companies and powers our proprietary IP, Dragonfly.
